1.1. Stylists.co.nz offers advertising space to personal stylists and related businesses ("Advertisers") within its directory.
1.2. Advertisers can choose from different advertising packages, each with its own set of features and pricing. Details of these packages are available on our website.
1.3. All advertisements are subject to approval by Stylists.co.nz. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not meet our standards or violates our policies
2. Payments
2.1. Advertisers agree to pay the fees associated with their chosen advertising package as outlined on our website.
2.2. Payments are due in advance and must be made through the payment methods accepted by Stylists.co.nz.
2.3. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their payment information accurate and up to date.
3. Advertisement Content
3.1. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements, including text, images, and any links provided.
3.2. Advertisements must be accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.3. Stylists.co.nz reserves the right to edit or modify advertisement content for clarity, grammar, or to meet our website's formatting requirements.
4. Term and Termination
4.1. The term of each advertising package is specified upon purchase.
4.2. Either party may terminate the advertising agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Refunds if any are at the sole discretion of Stylists.co.nz
4.3. Stylists.co.nz reserves the right to suspend or terminate an advertisement without notice if the Advertiser breaches these terms and conditions.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Stylists.co.nz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use our advertising services.
5.2. Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold Stylists.co.nz harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or related to their advertisements or breach of these terms and conditions.
6. General
6.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Advertiser and Stylists.co.nz regarding advertising services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
6.2. Stylists.co.nz reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
6.3. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
By using our website and advertising services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
